SWEDISH

One of the most common massage techniques is the Swedish massage. This massage is one of the most relaxing massages. The goal is to rest your entire body. The massage consists of long gliding strokes, creating blood flow to your heart.

THAI

Traditional Thai massage combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called sen, and assisted yoga postures. Treatment success is best achieved when the patient is fully relaxed and breathing deeply.

DEEP TISSUE

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a focussed pressure technique, usually directed at the feet or hands. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which correspond to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs.

Four-handed massage is a massage where two therapists work on you at the same time, mirroring each others' movements. For example, both your legs or arms are being massaged at the same time. Or one therapist works on the right side of your back while the other works on the left.
